• Do we sign agreement?

  Yes, we are signing agreement and you can be sure to receive a fair treatment.

• Do you have any extra fees or taxes on top of the price?

  No, there are no extra expenses, except for what you see in the description. There will be a deposit payment. Be ready to pay online as we will not take any cash payments from our clients.

• What type of the heating do you have?

  We have a central heating. Your heaters can be regulated. The central heating in Riga is usually on from October to May.

• I want to take a look at the apartment or move in today, what should I do?

  The apartment visits and moving in may not be possible immediately and has to be discussed with the house manager first.

• I've requested a room that's marked available, but the house manager says it's not. I really want that room!

  Requesting the room through the webpage doesn’t mean you have booked it. Our house manager will try to find the best possible solution for you.
